Just had some, Poor man's peach cobbler. Also known as crumbled up regular saltine crackers with sliced peaches with all the juice pored over and stirred, eat quickly before the saltines get soggy.

MMM cajun rice and gravy like my Dad always made.

Season cubed round steak with Tony Chacheres and brown it. Remove meat from pan and saute one diced onion. Put meat back in the pot and cover it with water. Let it simmer for a few hours until tender and it has cooked down into a nice gravy. Server over rice. Can do the same with dark meat chicken. Delicioussss. The next day you can add a little more water and make another thick gravy. Goes for days!
