Theologically and historically you are wrong. Let God be true and every man a liar, the scriptures are clear, that the fallen angels had intercourse with the humans and descecrated their seed of mankind. That is why the scriptures are very clear that Noah was a man "perfect in his generations" which alludes to the genetic aspect of being purely human; that is how Noah found grace in the eyes of the Lord.
The plan of the serpent was to taint the bloodline of humans to the point that the savior, that had been prophesied in Gen.3:15 could not be born. Seed is seed, and their are two parties in the passage, the seed of the woman= the human race; the seed of the serpent= Nephilim.
You have great potential for wisdom Majestic, but you continually drop the ball when it counts the most. Probably why you are still an outsider who knows nothing.

For example: And if ye belong to Christ, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. (Galatians 3:29) Does this mean if I believe in Christ I am magically a physical descendant of Abraham's genetic line (his 'sperma')? Or does it mean if I accept Christ I am a member of the spiritual family of Abraham?
