If it is true that these American farmers were singled out because of their skin color, then they are absolutely due compensation. Of all institutions in this country, you would think that Departments of the Federal Government would obey the Constitution. Discrimination is illegal and has no place in America.

However,this is probably just another ploy by this Administration aimed at dividing Americans. Tulips over here! Roses over there!
