Yeah it's quite addictive... and you can play on the internet...

And there's free updates all the time... and mods to make it beautiful and add lots of stuff.

Minecraft rocks.

I tried it and I thought it sucked.

Been hooked on it for a couple months, the mining and building I find is very relaxing and a good de-stresser.

Tonight i'm making plans to turn a skeleton dungeon into an arrow dispenser and continue building my new base. fun fun fun

If the game is fun, who cares if it isn't HDR, and Bloom and Anti-Aliased up the ass?
Quake 2 and 3 are still fun, Doom is still gold, Blood is fucking grim.

Minecraft IS ORIGINAL, and as such desevrse as much exposure as possible, without costing $120 or needing a $2k+ system to play.

That game is garbage.

It's not really a game for everyone tbh.

To have fun with minecraft you need to be open minded, creative and fairly intelligent.

The game doesn't hold your hand and it takes a bit of work to figure it out.

The only goals are those set by yourself.
The only reward is the satisfaction of completing those goals.

I can see why some people wouldn't like it, some peeps prefer to be told what to do and how to do it.
