Had a strange unexplainable light in my room

hypnogogic hallucination when you are in the transition period from awake to asleep. Strange things happen in ones mind during that time. In fact, I have had sleep paralysis on frequent occasions where I was conscious and completely aware of my surroundings yet my body would seem frozen until I would literally have to put every ounce of my concentration to just shaking my body until it woke up. That shit was so scary the first time.

About a week ago I went to bed the night of the light. Was about to close my eyes when on the wall a white light suddenly appeared, square in dimention about a foot by a foot. I blinked, movee my eyes around to be sure it was not me seeing things and the light was still planted in the same spot. Then as fast as it came, it disappeared.

There is no way light can filter into my room from the outside if that be the case. I thought I would mention this if anyone else has had that happen to them.

Just remember that if the light starts talking to you, or if you get some weird ideas, don't trust it. These entities are only as intelligent as anyone else, they don't know any better than you but some of them may be highly deceptive.

I've had something similar.

I woke up at night and there was this small sphere of bright white light, that hovered just above the end of my bed for about 10 seconds then disappeared. The strange thing was that even though it was so bright, it didn't cast a glow or light up anything else in the room.

had a similar situation years ago.

i was dreaming about my grandpa that died many years previous; we were having a great chat, he gave me good advice and made me feel loved. i remember the surroundings being so bright there were no corners in the room we were in, no shade or dark spots at all but feeling of safety and comfort was everywhere.

i was rudely woken by my very annoyed dad (i was 15 at the time) demanding i turn the telly off as i had school the next day (he saw light coming from under my door) ........

to this day he doesn't beleive me. i feel very blessed i experienced it though, i think yours was a good one too.

did the light grow in your minds eye? this happens to me and most recently it looked like i was in a sort of crystal structure with shards or facets of glass that lit with multiple colors. almost like a control room

the blue white light square on my celing did look fractured.
