How Would You Kill 250 Millions People in Less Than 12 Months.

Below is just my theory, nothing more.

Stage 1: Immobilization (1st-6th months)
- Extreme weather conditions like snow storms will prevent any long distance travelling. Gas and oil supply will be interupted causing people not to travel too far from their home.
- Government will use false terrorist threats in order to have unnecessary body search when they see people in public places. Road blocks thoughout the country will cause major traffic congestions. This of course will result in more people not willing to go out or travel.
- Newly discovered life threatening virus or bacteria. Government will advice the people to stay indoors and not to go outside if unnecessary.
- Any other methods just as long as the people will not travel out of their state.

Stage 2: Shortage in food and clean water supply (2nd-6th month)
- Ecomony crisis will cause prices of food to sky rocket.
- By blaming on the sun and weather condition, food and clean water supply will decrease. After reaching a severe condition, people will start to panic and steal from stores or others. When this occur, police and military will come in to make sure that people behave or shoot to kill if necessary. Riots and demonstrations will make matter worse and many will be detain and punish without any justice.

Stage 3: Shut down on all information media (5th-6th month)
- Solar storm will be blame as the cause of major electricity failure through out the county. But in reality, the EMP and HAARP weapons are use to achieve this scenario. TV and radio stations will be forced to shut down. People will be cut off from any telecommunication and will not know what is going on in other parts of the country.

Stage 4: Elimination (6th-7th month)
- Air poisoning will be use. Airplanes will be spraying this deadly chemical. When people heard airplanes, naturally they would think that the government maybe distributing food and daily supplies. They will go outside to have a look. Within minutes, all the air around them will be poisoned, and they will all suffocate to death. To ensure nobody survive, deadly viruses and bacteria will be sprayed after that especially in small towns or villages. Missiles and bombs will be use in residents living near forrest in order to clear off the area and have a clear view.

Stae 5: Clean of the remain (6th-12th month)
- At this stage 90% of the people are dead. Soldiers will kill the rest. These are mind progammed soldiers, so they will not have any feeling towards others. Their mission: shoot on sight. This proces may take 6-12 months to finish.
