Yes New Englanders are gutzier then most in the snow, if it wasnt so windy people would be out skiing, some do during storms on the streets.

Ever hear of snow racing, like in cars? That looks like alot of fun. Doing donuts in your car in the snow? Fun too.

Today most people stayed in too windy to be out, get blown away. Other then that people do drive in the snow OP, as far as children go on a day like today they would be in playing with their Christmas gifts or resting from the weekend. We laugh at the rest of you that cry when it snows to be honest....The Canadians are crazy in the snow too, nothing new-they drive even faster then we do here.
