Leuren Moret suggests that the Human Genome Project was set up as a DNA TRACKING DEVICE used as part of a 'discriminatory programme' to benefit THE RICH in association with Microsoft, Google and the Navy as an eventual Depopulation Solution - libelous, surely, but wonderfully sinister, if it's true.
