<<<HIDING THEN TRUTH>>> I am tired of the USGS intentionally lowering the magnitudes of earthquakes..
What really is happening here?
The last attempt was very obvious, many people in Indiana were reporting the quake initially as a 4.8 (almost 5!)then 4.2 and then inexplicably USGS downgraded to 3.8.
Almost 1.0 grade of magnitude! Insane!
Also a lot people reporting a loud underground explosion within this "apparently" earthquake.
Why they don't tell us the truth?
What are they hiding?

I really don't know too much about insurances, but...
Do you have in your country some insurances that cover earthquakes damages to properties?
You have some charts or tables that insurance company may use in these cases?
Nice Observation, BTW.
