Yeah, real likely Russians wouldn't have a problem with this.

Why did you think the US have spy planes?

If they had satellites up in space orbiting the earth they wouldn't need to risk US pilots to spy and photograph into enemies lines of their military bases.

Actually, the US leases all satellites. My cousin works with them in the USAF

Aren't satellites geostationary? So they don't actually orbit?

The atmosphere gets thinner the higher up you go. Idiots!

You think that thinner air is a better support for heavy objects then the dense air at the surface?

Gawd you are all stupid, and gullible.

You dumb morons.

You don't need satellites to get a radio transmission across the Atlantic.

Marconi did it in the early 1900's.

Apollo crew did it from the Moon in 69, ha ha ha!

Nothing orbits in the thin air, nothing, it would fall right back to earth.

The only thing that can orbit in thin air is the Pinocchio fairytale of space travel and satellites for the dumbest generation to ever walk this earth.

What a bunch of airheads.

Oh look everyone at how many satellites are orbiting above the surface of the earth in the thin air of the atmosphere which everyone knows is a very good support for heavy objects unlike the dense air below which is very weak and not good for supporting heavy metallic objects.

Your stupid education has made you dumber then dumb.

Yeah?

Keep reading those science books and by 50 you'll totally stupid.

No.

A geosynchronous orbit is a special case where orbital period equals 24 hours. Most spacecraft orbit far lower in shorter period orbits.

No way. U2's were shot at. If international policies were as fare as you claim and there would be no need to risk pilots if satellites existed and photographed every move made on the field.
