And there are things we can do. Like on the voter registration card, where it asks, "Are you a U.S. Citizen?", strike a line through "U.S. Citizen" and write, "American citizen of <state>", THEN check YES. I did that and the county clerk accepted it just fine. The IRS would have a hard time using that to prove I'm a U.S. Corporate Citizen. Did the same thing with my bank signature card. Capt. The outcome basically falls on the jury. He had a better one than her. The courts are rigged. The 'case' is presented on assumption that laws were broken. If the jury is not astute enough to request the actual law for review, then the defendant will lose. |

Someone earlier on in this thread posted a link to the first one. Thanks to who ever did that. Quoting: rken 1212151[link to www.youtube.com] Rken You are welcome :) it should be noted, people have been redeeming lawful money and even stamping: Redeemed lawful money per 12-USC 411 on the backs of Federal Reserve Notes. Your bank will even assist you in recording the serial numbers of redeemed FRNs if you have to have proof of payment in lawful money. The teller will write the serial numbers of the notes on the withdrawal receipt if you ask them too. I have personally used redeemed lawful money to mail things, and asked the clerk at the Post office to write on the receipt "paid in lawful money" and initial it, they have done it without even a question. US Postage stamps with a CENT or Dollar value on them (not the forever stamps) are Lawful money as well, so it seems most postal clerks know something about lawful money. BTW, the reason everyone who files a 1040 gets and automatic $1000 tax credit is because u.S. Coins are not taxable income, so they just assume everyone uses $1000 in change every year. Lawful money is seen as "non-taxable income" why? Because it is not private property of the Federal Reserve. If you endorsethe use of a private companies property (in this case Federal Reserve notes or credit) you lawfully owe them a FEE for its use! In this case, the FEE is a % of how much of their product you voluntarily endorse. That is why the tax is legal, lawful and VOLUNTARY! Stop using their product and you will not owe them a use fee. Anonymous Coward User ID: 692708 United States 12/31/2010 01:48 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | The contractual agreement with the Federal Reserve is between Congress and the Federal Reserve. Congress nor the Federal Reserve cannot compel anyone to be a party to that contract. When you do not control your signature endorsement, you voluntarily subject your labor and income to help pay the debt the contract between Congress (the US Corporation) and the Federal Reserve (another Corporation) produces. Congress has no power to make paper money, they do have the right, however, in the name of the US Corporation, to contract with another company to supply private credit and currency, the Federal Reserve. We, as people, have the right to contract as well, with congress and the Federal Reserve to use that private currency and we do, every time we sign on the dotted line without restricting that endorsement to lawful money. The presumption is, if you do not reserve your right to lawful money, you are and have used private currency of the Federal reserve and therefore, you owe them a fee. |

Folks should also take notice that Banister was not acquitted of failing to pay income taxes, nor was the question of the legality of the income tax a subject of the trial. Banister was acquitted of conspiracy...nothing more. The prosecution's case was horrible, if memory serves me correctly. The man who Banister was accused of conspiring with was convicted for failing to pay his company's income taxes. Not only is this case more than five years old, but it was not about what most people think. You must do your homework, folks. Look closely at websites trying to revive this story...they never cite an original source for the news. |
