What they are not telling you is that its not a constitutional issue. They have tricked you into signing contracts with them to pay taxes. So when you get to tax court they will say the constitution has no standing. Contract law supersedes the constitution when a contract is in force.

You might ask, what contracts. The big one is your bank account signature card. Another one is your voter registration card. SS card also. With draw from these contracts and then you are not committed to paying income tax. rken


You're correct, rken. And there are things we can do. Like on the voter registration card, where it asks, "Are you a U.S. Citizen?", strike a line through "U.S. Citizen" and write, "American citizen of <state>", THEN check YES. I did that and the county clerk accepted it just fine. The IRS would have a hard time using that to prove I'm a U.S. Corporate Citizen. Did the same thing with my bank signature card.

This is a great series of videos for understanding the way in which the IRS is able to trick you into paying taxes on the money you earn. I have never heard it explained this way and it site law and how the use of the FED dollars obligates you to pay income tax. Very interesting series and well worth watching. Someone earlier on in this thread posted a link to the first one. Thanks to who ever did that.

This is great news. Some people do win but it's a total crap shoot. IRS agent Sherry Jackson, who had the same kind of case, is in prison, as is Irwin Schiff and, of course, the Browns. It all depends on the judge, the jury, the particular locale. The truth of the IRS is what was my own waking up, back in 1980. I met Irwin Schiff and many other brilliant tax protesters. Some were successful but most were NOT. Beware if you choose to take up this battle because it can consume your whole life. My personal opinion, FWIW, is that's it's better to "drop out" as much as possible. Hard to do because you make far less money.

Demand and record your demand for lawful money and there is nothing to bring charges for.

It is immoral. Personal income from the sweat off one's back, cannot be taxed, as it is personal property. Corporate income IS taxable, and business income of any sort if there are profits is taxable etc. Income taxation is slavery. People do not know how to read the fine print that Joe and others have provided and no courage anyway. There are legal ways to get around it, but making your families corporations in the state of Nevada etc too, which creates a situation most of the time, of no tax because the personal corporation doesn't usually have much profit.

You are welcome :) it should be noted, people have been redeeming lawful money and even stamping:

on the backs of Federal Reserve Notes. Your bank will even assist you in recording the serial numbers of redeemed FRNs if you have to have proof of payment in lawful money. The teller will write the serial numbers of the notes on the withdrawal receipt if you ask them too.

I have personally used redeemed lawful money to mail things, and asked the clerk at the Post office to write on the receipt "paid in lawful money" and initial it, they have done it without even a question.

US Postage stamps with a CENT or Dollar value on them (not the forever stamps) are Lawful money as well, so it seems most postal clerks know something about lawful money.

BTW, the reason everyone who files a 1040 gets and automatic $1000 tax credit is because u.S. Coins are not taxable income, so they just assume everyone uses $1000 in change every year.

Lawful money is seen as "non-taxable income" why? Because it is not private property of the Federal Reserve. If you endorsethe use of a private companies property (in this case Federal Reserve notes or credit) you lawfully owe them a FEE for its use! In this case, the FEE is a % of how much of their product you voluntarily endorse.

That is why the tax is legal, lawful and VOLUNTARY!

Stop using their product and you will not owe them a use fee.

I asked for lawful money at the FR Bank in Atlanta. They looked at me like I was stupid and I wait for hours for an answer. The answer never came. They told me Federal Reserve Notes are lawful money. It's true, but they wouldn't go into any detail at all.

You have to convert at your bank upon deposit and there's still no real record of it.
