how can we make it plain and clear that we are using lawful money when we purchase items? is it by:
1) stamping federal reserve notes on the back "redeemed for lawful money 12 usc 411"
and 2) writing "redeemed for lawful money 12 usc 411" on our checks in the memo line whenever we write a check to pay someone? and to cross out the part that says "the order of" in the "pay to the order of" line?
and how do we keep a record of using lawful money, if we are ever called to prove that we actually paid for something with lawful money (as opposed to discharging debt when using FRNs)?
