Edit to add: The 10th Amendment is the limiting clause to the Federal Government. Powers taken just prior too and since the Civil war in the document are careful worded to limit exactly which class of citizen or corporations they applied to.

Mostly US Citizens/enemies of the Domestic/District of Columbia are effected by the emergency powers acts and amendments.

Wouldn't all the politicians and the president be doing this if it were legal? They all disclose income tax returns.

I have just read some posts in this thread. I think some of us have underestimated the power of central banks.

The FED or other central banks will not just die if the citizens stop paying taxes.

Do not forget that they can continue to survive by raising money from sales of treasury bonds.

China and Japan will NOT stop buying U$ treasury bonds or sovereign debts of their choice until their citizens do exactly the same as what you propose ---- i.e. resist tax payment legally.

Perhaps, this propaganda should be spread to citizens of other countries as well, including those in Ch1na.

That case has already been covered in this thread, the DEFENDANT is now in prison for various tax evasion charges. While he and others won the first case, the IRS came after them again with new charges.

In summary, he used Federal Reserve credit to 'buy' the gold coins (not at face value) without demanding his redemption for lawful money. He simply did not know about the redemption demand spelled out in 12 USC 411.

Had he demanded his currency be redeemed, the case(s) might have never been flied in the first place.

Well it looks like Ron Paul is not going to be on the ballot. I guess we are going to have to do it ourselves. End the FED redeem you FRN for lawful money.

Here is a great new example. Not a lot of bucks but I like the example because the suitor was just dabbling in demanding lawful money and calculated accordingly.

Once in hand cash FRNs function as lawful money. The issue is whether or not you bonded the increase currency (from fractional lending) with your substance.

This fellow is not a suitor but has been doing this since 1998.

He does not mark his paychecks at all. Whenever he or his wife deposit or cash a check they show the card. Since they have proven service on the nearest Fed Bank (see the Notice and Demand) that is adaquate. If ever they need to prove their demand it is already with the Fed.
