I bought some and trying to remember how an aunt did it. I'm thinking boil a little? then put in oven and cook. Or maybe wash it and then put in oven (let it good and crispy)....she made the best. Does this sound right to anyone, ideas?

Best way is to pan fry in the oven....goes good with any kind of beans. Also makes a great topping for potato soup with a little cheese banana2
