That at least 10% of humans realize they aren't their bodies?

Bea.....Always a sight for sore eyes.hugs
 Quoting: Blue Skies

Hugs you back :) I remember my first OBE when I was almost seven. A drunken lady rear-ended us and I jumped out on impact. I remember hovering and watching as my cousin pulled my body from the wreck, then I jumped back in. I've done this many times, spontaneously, not always when I was in danger or anything... it's hard to explain. I don't know how to do it, it just happens, lmao. It's one reason I prefer not to drive, I can go for a year without anything untoward happening, then boom! I will say it's colored my view on soul and spirit. I've never bought into the body being all there is, it just seems like a vehicle I drive around so I can type and talk to other folks. I actually feel sorry for the other 90% who never experience this.
 Quoting: Bea Nameless

Not sure I have ever experienced it. Must be amazing and scary at the same time. I do think our body is just a vessel. Its what gets us around on this planet. But, your mind can take you anywhere you want to go.
 Quoting: Blue Skies

It felt like a natural state, even that first time. I was more afraid of going back in than staying out... For good reason, the pain was intense. I didn't jump back into my skin until I knew I would be taken care of. There was so much adrenaline that day, the pain immediately after was fuzzy, but I remember that pain the next morning after bones were set to this day. But the in/out convinced me there was more than this. I think it's the difference between suspecting that or having faith and knowing it absolutely.

I've had more OBE's than I can count, and everything in between and beyond OBE's.
 Quoting: Swinging on Spirals

What is it that you believe to be why you have so many?
 Quoting: NA Spirit

I grew up having lucid dreams pretty easily. Then it stopped for the most part in my teenage years. But, I've always had excellent dream recall.

I think it comes from some kind of natural ability, and tons of practice.

Also, I think there are specific experiences that act as triggers.

For example, one time I decided to do transcendental meditation inside my lucid dream. I had an incredible experience, and after that, things began happening with more and more frequency.

Now, I can make them happen every night if I wish. But, normal OBE's are boring. Astral travel is fun, but there are a lot of 'nasties' out there. Then, there are the dark places. Lastly, there are different 'worlds' or realities or environments.

All of them, except for the normal OBE, are 'realer' than this life. This causes problems that make normal waking life difficult to adjust to.

Now, I have more memories while in my altered states, than I do in this waking life. And, there are some places over there that you do not want
to leave. It is a million times more complex than here...and a million
times simpler.

Ok then...i guess that explains it...i have none of what you describe...

When I was in my 20's, I used to be envious of Robert Monroe when reading his books. He seemed to have so many experiences, and I thought it would be so cool to experience reality in the way he did. He had notable experiences about once a month, with dryer times, of course.

Now, I have had many, many, many more experiences than him. I have fully mastered lucid dreaming. I can have OBE's. I astral travel. I go to places that are literally impossible to explain. I create myself into non-human things. I make myself into pure energy. I experience these things as a reality more real than here.

I often wondered what the repercussions were/are going to be. I go many weeks where my consciousness never shuts off, except for the brief moments just after hypnogogic transition to REM. I could completely rewrite science on sleeping and dreaming patterns. Dreams do not only take place in REM.

I dream, and can open my eyes to the bedroom and exist in multiple 'places' at the same time. I can close one eye and open the other and see my dream taking place, and see my bedroom at the same time.

It goes on, and on.

I should go to a Sleep center where they study all this. They would have a field day with me.

He was born 25 weeks premature, and although oxygen therapy saved his life he incurred brain damage and now suffers from severe learning difficulties and autism. He is blind, unable to read Braille and can barely count, let alone read music, but he possesses an extraordinary gift: he can play anything after hearing it only once. For Ockelford, now a professor of music at Roehampton University, the concerts will mark the next stage in a remarkable relationship that began when Paravicini first burst into his classroom. If you are not already acquainted with his work, you may want to check out a book by Thomas Campbell called "My big TOE" (Theory Of Everything). He is a nuclear physicist and was at one time one of the primary researchers at Monroe's institute. He has experienced exactly what you describe and more. In my opinion he is one of the most profound authors who is actually able to synthesize metaphysics and conventional physics into a form that is understandable and more importantly, verifiable.

Another Year
Jun 22, 2012

The MESSENGER spacecraft has recently been approved for an extended mission in Mercury orbit.

The Mercury Surface, Space Environment, Geochemistry and Ranging (MESSENGER) spacecraft was launched from Cape Canaveral on August 3, 2004. On March 17, 2011 MESSENGER entered orbit, initiating a yearlong study the Solar System’s innermost planet. MESSENGER’s extended mission began on March 18, 2012.

Mercury’s geology is intriguing to planetary scientists because it provides them with a number of “mysteries” and “processes that have yet to be understood”. Chains of craters and melted pits extend outward from terraced depressions; their flat bottoms and the vertical sidewalls are signs that they were created by electric discharge processes, rather than meteor impacts on the surface.

Although asteroids hitting Mercury is not an unreasonable theory, the signature of electrical activity is more prevalent than evidence for kinetic shockwaves through the strata. Most of the debris on the surface of Mercury appears to be chunks of fallback material that was blown out by the explosive energies of plasma discharges.

For example, many craters on Mercury, such as Fonteyn, are surrounded by bright linear deposits called “rays.” The rays are reminiscent of those that radiate outward from Tycho, a giant crater on Earth’s Moon..................

You use to use time = distance quite a bit when expressing concepts of time. Do you still subscribe to that expression? Because the context of that expression make it sound dimensional in a sense.

Does Conservation of Energy if true (I believe a system can produce more energy than it contains) ultimately lead to no other conclusion than time does not exist? For no matter what stage we perceive it in it never ceases to exist and so is eternal and makes the concept of time moot. Just as a beginning or an end is pointless.

You use to use time = distance quite a bit when expressing concepts of time. Do you still subscribe to that expression? Because the context of that expression make it sound dimensional in a sense.

Re: Marko Rodin - Smart Lazer Technology
I had a dream last night about ezekiel wheel

im sure its cause of a video I saw last night that had an image in it..

but... what I saw was the wheel was spinning looked like many
and it had mirrors on it..

if you google images ezekiel wheel you will see many different images

then in the dream this came to mind

in the movie a ball with her in it was cropped into the spinning wheel.

what I saw was just the wheel and mirrored spinning
