re dna and a weak electric effect (pulse)
what is a weak electric effect?
a thought
is a weak electrical impulse containing the information within the thought

"Army Looks to Strike Foes with Lightning Weapon"
The weapon idea mimics the way that lightning leaps from thunderclouds to strike the ground — the electricity follows the path of least resistance, Fischer explained.
Army researchers used an "ultra-short-pulse laser of modest energy" that keeps the laser beam focused through its own intensity. The laser's electro-magnetic field can harvest electrons from air molecules to create the plasma pathway for electricity to follow."During the duration of the laser pulse, it can be putting out more power than a large city needs, but the pulse only lasts for two-trillionths of a second," Fischer said.

remember 141 mormon is a derivative of freemasonry

Mormonism and Freemasonry
[link to en.wikipedia.org]

so the second anointing is a self created higher grade
Second anointing
[link to en.wikipedia.org]

it is traditional pathway to "altered state" used in all organized belief structures be it religious, occult or philosophy

first you construct a designed structure to experience within (temple/church/university)
the structure is designed to enhance your motivated desires

then you study the "sacred texts" within the structure and speak that which you are prompted to tell

if you reach the point where the governing body (people) of the institution the structure (church/temple/university) is within like and agree where your spoken words are taking them (story line) you may be invited to join the governing body of people

in the case of mormons this is second anointing
it tells mormon believers your words are followed

CERN to give update on search for 'God-particle'

"On July 4 we will be able to say whether either there is nothing in the data this year; or there are still hints in the data, but not strong enough for us to be able to say that it is a discovery; and possibly a discovery," he said. "Either of those three things is possible."

..."I'm very much looking forward to seeing what the data reveals."

The agency's research and computing director, Sergio Bertolucci, added there was now twice as much data as last year.

"That should be enough to see whether the trends we were seeing in 2011 data are still there, or whether they've gone away. It is a very exciting time."

Researchers find gold nanoparticles capable of 'unzipping' DNA

Positively-charged ligands on the nanoparticles attach to the DNA, but the hydrophobic ligands of the nanoparticles became tangled with each other. As this tangling pulled the nanoparticles into clusters, the nanoparticles pulled the DNA apart. Credit: Yaroslava Yingling, North Carolina State University

New research from North Carolina State University finds that gold nanoparticles with a slight positive charge work collectively to unravel DNA's double helix. This finding has ramifications for gene therapy research and the emerging field of DNA-based electronics.

so the nano = something physical small enough to get close enough

slight positive charge = when a weak electric current is brought into to contact things happen

so what do we know
dna is structured to function upon command of electrical current

i imagine a nano particle is the same size as a cell
so

what is the information (electrical signal) in the nano particle because that will dictate what the dna does within the natural tolerances of what dna can do

seems to me it would be easier to tell people what is known so they can if they desire change their own dna with their own thoughts

but then
what would they want to alter it into
what they desire may never fit what can be done

oh well
 Quoting: aether

I found this interesting when researching nanoparticles...

Although nanoparticles are generally considered a discovery of modern science, they actually have a very long history. Nanoparticles were used by artisans as far back as the 9th century in Mesopotamia for generating a glittering effect on the surface of pots[citation needed].

Even these days, pottery from the Middle Ages and Renaissance often retain a distinct gold or copper colored metallic glitter. This so called luster is caused by a metallic film that was applied to the transparent surface of a glazing. The luster can still be visible if the film has resisted atmospheric oxidation and other weathering.

The luster originated within the film itself, which contained silver and copper nanoparticles dispersed homogeneously in the glassy matrix of the ceramic glaze. These nanoparticles were created by the artisans by adding copper and silver salts and oxides together with vinegar, ochre and clay, on the surface of previously-glazed pottery. The object was then placed into a kiln and heated to about 600 °C in a reducing atmosphere.

In the heat the glaze would soften, causing the copper and silver ions to migrate into the outer layers of the glaze. There the reducing atmosphere reduced the ions back to metals, which then came together forming the nanoparticles that give the colour and optical effects.

Luster technique showed that ancient craftsmen had a rather sophisticated empirical knowledge of materials. The technique originated in the islamic world. As Muslims were not allowed to use gold in artistic representations, they had to find a way to create a similar effect without using real gold. The solution they found was using luster.[9]

Michael Faraday provided the first description, in scientific terms, of the optical properties of nanometer-scale metals in his classic 1857 paper. In a subsequent paper, the author (Turner) points out that: "It is well known that when thin leaves of gold or silver are mounted upon glass and heated to a temperature which is well below a red heat (~500 °C), a remarkable change of properties takes place, whereby the continuity of the metallic film is destroyed. The result is that white light is now freely transmitted, reflection is correspondingly diminished, while the electrical resistivity is enormously increased."

electrical current (effect) must be the cause of dna structure to function how it does

the information contained in the electrical effect must be what governs dna to function within it`s natural boundaries of function (ability)
the key is

Yes, very difficult to make ends meet on only 20 billion or so. They will let the public know they have discovered tantalizing evidence of its existence, but further research will be needed to confirm this. Of course further research means more grants and public funding. Notice its not that they haven't found something, but whether or not it's the Higgs or some other exotic particle is in question. If it ends up something else, the Higgs will be downplayed and we will be informed about how important this new discovery is. CERN must be validated as a viable project.

Haha, oh I guess I'm a little more interested in the how of it rather than the why. This has been one of my surrounding area of thoughts lately, DNA. I believe with the right Source of Current you could activate, or maybe seeing it as more of a Catalyst, to stimulate an evolution in DNA. This is what I was talking about with the Seraphim being Super Conductors as capicitors too this "Source".

ELECTRIC-BLUE CLOUDS: Last night, 82 km above Earth's surface where our planet's atmosphere meets the vacuum of space, a ray of sunlight hit a wispy, rippling bank of icy noctilucent clouds (NLCs). They lit up, glowing electric-blue, producing this apparition over Queensferry, Scotland: Normally confined to Arctic latitudes, the intense NLCs of June 24-25, 2012, dipped all the way down to the south coast of England: "This was my first sighting of 2012," says Pete Lawrence, who photographed the southern edge of the bank from Selsey UK.

In recent years, the "habitat" of noctilucent clouds has been expanding. Breaking through the barriers of high-latitude that once kept them bottled up in the Arctic, NLCs have been sighted as far south as Colorado, Virginia, Kansas, and Utah. Here are some examples of sightings in the lower United States.

Observing tips: Look west 30 to 60 minutes after sunset when the sun has dipped 6o to 16o below the horizon. If you see luminous blue-white tendrils spreading across the sky, you've probably spotted a noctilucent cloud. [link to www.spaceweather.com]

Sky watchers in the Tri-State Area may get a look at an odd artificial cloud on Saturday night (Sep. 19) after it’s released from the fourth stage of a rocket set for launch from NASA’s Wallops Flight Facility on Virginia’s Atlantic Shore. [link to www.haydenplanetarium.org]

--------------------------------------------------------
March 16, 2009
Here is NASA's official explanation for the glowing cloud: It wasn't really a cloud. It was part of the plume from space shuttle Discovery.

"This was the remnants of the sun shining on the shuttle plume," said Allard Beutel, NASA spokesman, based at Kennedy Space Center.

He said the sun set 12 minutes before the launch at 7:43 p.m.

"As evening continued and darkness set in, the plume was still being lit by direct sunlight," Beutel said. "It's similar to why the moon shines so bright." [link to weblogs.sun-sentinel.com]

this cloud traveled from way up north where the shuttle went off and traveled RIGHT over my house that pretty much the whole state of Florida..

I have my own photos of this and by the time it made to where I lived it was dark no sun and the cloud was still glowing... I have seen many many space shuttle lift offs from my house never before seen a glowing cloud come out from it..
