aether User ID: 1412926 United Kingdom 07/13/2012 04:38 PM Report Abusive Post Report Copyright Violation | Static universe A static universe, also referred to as a "stationary" or "Einstein" universe, is a model in which space is neither expanding nor contracting. Albert Einstein proposed such a model as his preferred cosmology in 1917........ Quoting: observation[link to en.wikipedia.org] In light of empirical confirmation of plasma redshift, it seems to me that it might be time for us as a PC/EU community to come up with a "game plan" to overturn big bang theory once and for all by supporting at static universe concept. Quoting: observationKeep in mind that Einstein's whole reason for introducing a non zero constant into an GR formula was due to the fact they he could not explain a "static" universe concept, and that was the prevailing theory of that time. It was on only *after* Hubble noticed the redshift effect that the idea of an expanding universe caught on. Now that tired light/plasma redshift has been observed in the lab, that's not a tenable "interpretation'' of the redshift phenomenon anymore. The "crushing blow' is found in that last observation by UC Davis. The various wavelengths do not arrive at the same time. There are different delays based on the wavelength as a plasma redshift model predicts, not as their theory would predict. Futhermore that 'broadening effect' they now interpret as "time dilation" actually works against them now because of the fact that the various wavelengths do not all arrive at the same time as their theory would predict. They are between a rock and a hard place. If we work together and offer a static universe concept again, it may very well overturn BB theory once and for all. It will take time of course, but it's the optimal way to go. Even if the universe is expanding, we all know its not expanding faster than light and 'space" doesn't do any magic expanding tricks in any lab, or anywhere. I liken it to grace as time is not relative but irrelevant. Looking at this place with those eyes makes all seem like puppets; as you can read their will, but I am not privy to more as I asked for it to stop. The question is how much do YOU want to know as the knowledge slants that which is you. |
