This morning, I'm feeling frustrated due to the limitations of matter, lol. I've pinched a nerve in the small of my back, so pain's my guide today, can't concetrate on anything but CNS feedback. Think I'll go hang out on my inversion table a while and see if I get back to my "self"... because this self sucks. :)
