hey fringe , i wanna tell

it began on the she thread with that sequence of sensations i experienced
by the time the weed arrived the effects were dissipated thus i didn`t start with a motive, i did what i always do, i went without thought
upon arrival on the other side of the gate, i commenced what i always do, enact by way of explanation all that i have experienced since i was last there
the update
as i reached the climax of me explanation into my mind came the sequence experience of the she thread and as i visualized it i instantly detected a nervous feeling of intensity within my stomach and it swelled physically

then the spine sensation, then crown occurred, same sequence and my stomach went back to normal and i was engulfed in a sense of relief ,followed by intense happiness to the point where i laughed allowed, in happy.

it struck me that what i had discovered was an emotional experience that i took as normal was in fact a nervy, on guard energy rush i manifested in anticipation of the certainty that following my update, what would occur is what always occurred, a long, for as long as it took , energetic debate with all on the other side of the gate in reaction to my update
the politics
this time, at the peak of my update, the best moment possible for me, the new to me sequence transformed my pent up anxious energy (i now know) into good feeling happy energy
so much so that i finished my update on my new high, laughed out loud and came back through the gate whilst realizing i had gained a new word
conclusion
cos that is what i did, i didn`t debate, i told how it was and left as in: concluded
not that i wont go back , not that type of conclusion. a conclusion about me as in : this is me period
