Another way to explain it would be the concept of reframing, like in therapy, looking from the outside in objectively. Lots of times the energy isn't so much negative as twisted with emotion. Remove the emotion from the energy and it's purifed. Quoting: Sacred Chao Herder How do you do that Bea? Objectivity surmises looking at a thing from an outside point of view with logic, not flavoring with emotion. Subjectiveness surmises looking at things from an emotional/personal point of view. Once you get the hang of stepping outside and looking in, it's very easy to strip energy down the root, to pure potential. Emotions have nothing to do with it unless you let them. It's a choice, like all things. thanks...I'm trying to look at it this way...but it's all new to me Bea...take a while to soak in...my emotions do sometimes get the best of me  ...so, it makes sense your words here... gonna go get a glass of wine and start the chicken and dumplings....cold and rainy here...
