This is well known in all cultures.

"It's the "eye" of inner self, the "eye" that looks into all reality, the eye that sees without sight, the eye that is all. Even the blind have the eye."

All references to "all is within" refers to the fact that each human has the natural ability to recieve the full spectrum of light/information (electromagnetic waves) beyond that which the eyes and ears can not receive. It does not mean you have the information/knowledge within you. It means you have the capability to receive the information/knowledge within you.

This is why our skin has more receivers (nerve endings) than any parts of our body.

"The process of creation depends entirely on seeing, knowing, and understanding everything available with which to "create". It's only nonsense when you're still in the "dark" about what really is existant. It becomes easier to say it's all "nonsense" rather than to admit you don't have a clue about existence."

Initiates in the art of "seeing/receiving" are common in all human societies yet humanity has failed to ever reach a common translation of what is being seen/received.

Does this mean that there is no natural ability to "see/receive" via 3rd eye or that the translations of these seeing/feeligs have been incorrect?

In the past 30 years the "seeing/receiving" ones have been forced to accept that all tranlations where based on incomplete knowledge.

Now they have the knowledge to translate into a coherent human picture the problem to be adressed before the begining of these modern translations is, how to explain the errors of the past and avoid the anger of the effected?

The problem for the "eye" initiates is that the modern knowledge is impossible to translate/transmit without the recievers knowing that they to posses the same atributes as the initiate transmitting the information.

The knowledge it`s self upgrades the reciever.

Yet without transmitting this knowledge the "eye" initiates are aware that progress/stability at any level of human affairs is impossible for them and their human populations.

This is why planned disclosure without plan of action has been initiated.

It is assumed/hoped that the knowledge it`self will find a way to balance the transformation.

Dimensions:

Dimensions are length, frequency, mass, charge and spherical geometry.

Although dimension is the fundermental attribute of measurement it is not itself measurable. This is where the "eye" initiates struggled.

The initiates were unable to translate in structure, from dimensions to the reality we perceive because the structures themselves become more complicated and less like their Source whilst founded on the previous levels all the same.

The initiates could not "see/understand" reality at the level of dimensions.

What causes a dimension to come into existance requires the ability to "see beyond" both non-material and material existance.

The "eye" initiates discovered the way to "see beyond" a little over a 100 years ago but were only able to prove the truth of what they were seeing/understanding via technology in the latter part of the past century.
