Is anyone else catching this??? Would this be a good thread for Saturday? Again, what are the odds??? Hello Once4ALL, I have been gone all day with son, just got home a little while ago. Took a trip to the west coast--enjoyed the day! Our military men and women are sweltering in temperatures up to 127 degrees! I read about it in this article-- "Hot? I'll Show You Hot!" Can summer get any worse than this? The answer would be yes, and the place would be that part of the Middle East straddling Iraq, Iran and Kuwait. In Iraq, the Tallil Airbase, outside of An Nasiriyah, has topped 120° on a number of afternoons beginning in July. This week, the temperature soared to 126° on Monday.
