Nope, I don't see the connection to the 19 degrees of latitude, or volcanos either for that matter.

Only the Indonesia event is near the 19 point of the globe, and Australia's southeast coast does not have volcanos and is not earthquake prone.

Not to say that there might not be a connection, but I think we're going to have to dig deeper.
