Its moving at about 50 miles a year, we allready know this. Its been known for decades. The question is its getting faster. [ link to www.youtube.com] The question is, has the earth shifted since the movement of the magnetic poles? No, not an inch!!! So again my question, why would the earth suddenly flip over?! We call it the north and the south pole, earth gives a shit about what is up and what is down, the magnetic poles are just moving allong the surface and they have done for millions of years. Who said anything about the physical poles moving? The magnetic field doesent changer over night it take years. During which we have multiple north and south magnetic poles. So there will multiple holes in the magnetic field. A weaker field allows alot more radiation in from the sun.
