If it happens, I try to move around, and the intensity changes. I can then go back where I was before and hear it more intensely...freaks me out a bit? But I like it.  +1 Wouldn't "If it..." be "When it..."? I actually realized that after I posted. Yes, it should be "When it" rather than "If it". My mistake. It's just I haven't really accepted what it is in general. I can't explain it. OP -- When it happens to you can you also move to make the noise louder/softer? I notice wherever the frequency/sound is coming from stays in the same area, only I can change how I hear it by moving. What is OP? I am new here. Is that a newbie term? How do I graduate from OP :) No, I can't move around...It's ULTRA high, something like you would hear on a hearing test. Piercing. Comes on out of the blue..and slowly fades.
