The mistake banks made was repackaging and sell off bad loans over and over again. It doesn't change the fact that MOST of these people owe on their homes and they need to pay up.

I would think the law 'possession is 9/10ths of the law' would be in effect for this issue. If you owe money, but don't know who it is owed to... who do you pay the money to? I would be happy to accept your money, I don't have the mortgage to your home either. LOL Peace.
