In another words, 95% of mankind. Most of us are stuck in the Samsara Wheel, the cycle of Karma and unless we get out of this mechanic process, we will ALWAYS return in endless lives. Only awake masters can "reincarnate", choosing the places where they wanna born, the family, the body anatomy they wanna have and so. We, ordinary sheeple can't chose anything. We are attached to the Karma acquired in the past lives, that automatically put us in specific conditions in the next life. This is Gnostic wisdom and also a doctrine of Ayurvedic scriptures.
