Had a cold last week...went away then Wednesday my nose started getting dry and cracked inside...green/yellow mucus and until earlier today the right L.N. was swollen and painful to the touch, now both are! What do I do?

Yes, it can be a reaction to a green juice diet. You may not have the constitution for whatever cleansing you are on. You may have gone too fast. Have warm soups with garlic, lots. Chicken soup if you eat chicken. Vegetables of course also. Garlic capsules are good.

Cleavers is a standard gland herb. Take it in tea with ginger. One possiblity.

But if your glands are swollen you could have anything. Flues, colds, infections, mono...If you run a fever or get a sore throat get a check for strep.

I was concerned with swollen glands also. My doctor ran every test possible(so he said) and says theres nothing wrong with me. So I had to research for myself what was wrong with me , since my doctor wont take the time.I'm starting to convince myself that I have mercury poisoning.

I am having some swollen painful lymph nodes too. I've heard that alder bark and cones tincture may help. Gonna make some. Any body else know some remedies?
