Via two linked Time Portals (Stargates) you can transport from one point to another in a finite amount of Time so you can go from this galaxy to another galaxy, a million galaxies away, in a finite amount of Time, since Time is interlaced into the fabric of Space and what Time it is here, it is EVERYWHERE in the Universe, which includes both Spacial Dimensions!
