I don't think they have any singular boss, they do have hierarchy though, the same as many organizations do, but its just various levels of councils that almost form a caste system. As levels become higher and higher they become less secular and more spiritual seeming. The higher levels of organization are said to give authority to a "spiritual hierarchy" of "masters" who have given them their plans. Ultimately they say their "boss" is "the light". The spirituality is called "Luciferian", it is a Gnostic offshoot that believes that the true God is "the light" also known as "Lucifer". The free masons (which is said to be from a term Phree Messen, meaning Children of Light) are one of the secret organizations working for a global order for a long time.
