Well, the intended target it seems was a jewish/zionist congresswoman, the little girl was just collateral damage.

As for the little girls death and it's 'meaning', I'd say it's not totally a coincidence, because my guess is they were somehow exploiting the little girls unusual birthdate for some sort of propaganda. If that is true, what killed the little girl was propaganda.
