Depends on the LOCATIOn of Stereo A and B in their respective halo orbits on whether this will impact us OTOC. I doubt it at this time, or maybe a grazing, because normally when these are coming out of hear the top of the images, they don't hit us straight on, but again, not know where EACH satellite is in it's halo orbit, we must wait and see. Since the CMe on each is roughly in the same area, I am going to assume both satellites are in similar halo orbital positions.

Also Stereo A and B are now so far apart we have to study the images over time, as to if they may or may not hit earth, the perspective is different from 2 years ago. There have been so many misses that were predicted by NASA even, it's almost funny. And I could say more, but you would call me crazy on that, so I will leave it out.
