This can be looked at two ways.

1-It is going to be used to keep people and there population under absolute control when the elite usher in their NWO.

2-It is a great idea for the continuation of life when the earth becomes almost uninhabitable and unsustainable for the human population.

If any of you listen to Major Ed Dames and his Remote Viewing scenarios for this year and the soon future, then you already know if he's right people are in for a huge change. According to Dames in the very near future there will be a huge cataclysm, most likely caused by the sun that will make it very difficult to grow crops naturally.

Now if the TBTB cause a huge war and help spread disease, famine and destruction across the globe to virtually annihilate the human species. Not fully of course, but bring the popultaion below 500 Million. The old way of life would be completely lost for most of the people left alive.

Maybe the reason this earth has been pillaged for the past 100 or so years is because TPTB know something is going to happen in the future that is so catastrophic almost everyone won't be able to enjoy the earth and its bounty anyway.

i mean if the Sun is going to produce enormous flares that will engulf the earth in a few shots, then its lights out for us here right?

Unless we have an underground bunker with enough resources to last long enough to keep us sustained until we can produce our own.

Or if we live in one of these arcs as long as they can handle Earths and Universes natural disasters.
Personally i feel it. Something Brobdingnagian is on the horizon.
Maybe its because i knew the earths population would be culled to apx 500 million before i ever heard of the Georgia Guidestones. Maybe it's because i've been listening to my instincts. I don't like others making decisions for me. The thought of being piled up in cans like sardines gives me claustraphobia. Do people still get to live in their own homes out in rural areas? Is this just for city-dwellers?

Humans are adaptable. Some of us would like that sort of life. Some wouldn't. I'm sure individual arks would develop unique cultures, too.

I can see a generation that's brought up with this, not having a problem with it. Still, the transition will not be pretty for the more mature, that is, if the more mature are allowed.
