A 22-year-old Nebraska man is facing sexual assault charges for having sex with a 13-year-old girl -- even though he married her after she got pregnant. Nebraska´s attorney general says it doesn´t matter to him that the marriage is legal. He says the state law in neighboring Kansas that allows minors to marry with parental consent is "ridiculous." And Jon Bruning says it´s "repugnant" to him that the girl´s family allowed her to marry a "pedophile". But Matthew Koso´s attorney says Koso and the girl -- with the support of their families -- "made a responsible decision to try to cope with the problem." Gramps wasn´t a pedophile either. Those prosecutors are over reacting.

IMO.
