If I suck my thumb while I am snuggly in bed, I will feel extra comfy. It is relaxing. I bet there are others who suck their thumb at night too. If not, instead of judging you should try to suck your thumb. your primal instinct will remember the time you were a child, and it will accept it.

I don;t suck my thumb but both my grown up kids do , my son is 28 and my daughter is 22.....she doesn't put nail varnish on her "sucking thumb" either....my third child(9) never sucked his thumb he had a dummy , which he was weaned off when he was 2......
