At least 1000mg of vitamin C with orange juice and plenty of fresh fruit throughout the day...especially fresh oranges. On several occasions, when I begin to feel a little out of sorts and can sense the beginning of a cold I do the above and almost immediately I begin to feel back in top form. By the next day, I am feeling terrific!
