Since NBC Universal also owns Bravo, CNBC, MSNBC, Syfy and USA, it would give Comcast control of the content on those channels.

And, NBC Universal is part owner of Hulu.

What kind of conflicts of interest would ownership of that content cause between Comcast and other cable, satellite and internet providers?
