i have phone, upgraded speed internet and expanded cable TV through media-com

i just called them and said i would have to cancel our service if there wasn't a way i could lower our bill
she asked what i wanted to do
i told her i didn't know, i was hoping she could tell me
she mentioned a "customer retention incentive" - (i think that's what it was called
it knocked $53 off our bill but locks us into another year contract
a 10 minute phone call saved me $636 per year
just though i'd share the info
if it happens in politics, it was planned that way
