Celestial navigation was a fun class. There´s nothing like flying at night while looking at the stars to see where you are not.

I can find the big dipper if that’s what you mean. If you want someone to calculate the trajectory of a comet, you might want to try the BABB as they all seem to know much more about such matters than the rest of us here.

Is there any sailors here? My brother had sailing lessons and has a sextant. You can get a sextant for about 40 bucks. It´s measures the horizon against the stars.
