My 3rd chakra is wound up real tight. Been like that for about a month. Anyone else feeling it there?

Ive been feeling it...

my spine is sizzling like a pine tree that was struck by lightening.

When I look at this, i feel just like I did the night of the lunar eclipse we had back in Dec... Intense tingling up the spine!!

At New Years I had a very ominous feeling that earth changes etc would ramp up. So far I think that feeling is justified. This is THE year as far as I am concerned. By the end of 2011 you will either be pro 'end of world' or 'business as usual'.

Yep...I felt it tonight at work. It's like I don't know what's gonna happen...but something changed...

For so long I keep saying "get ready . . . here it comes." And watching, and watching, and my body aches from trying to adjust to the changes, and I feel this intense feeling knowing I will need as much strength as I can possibly muster because it will be absolutely essential to be able to hold up those around me, and keep them safe, or try to any way, the best I can. Bring it already! Let things fall as they may. I shall hold up those I can. Many signs in place. Those that die are spared the pain of living.

Tues it felt like someone was stepping on my heart, and that lasted til wed. Then wed night I got slammed by some energy that kept me up all night, could only sleep for a half hour to an hour then back up..and all day today I can't stop shaking, like a really nervous shake, I'm hoping it's just me adjusting to this blast of energy
