You are not alone. I feel the same on some of the issues posted here. I feel "displaced", as though I am sent here for some reason as yet unknown to me.

Serve a higher order, observe and record, report back to the source?

Re: Does anyone else feel like they're not human?
Most living on this planet aren’t humans. Some aren’t anymore, others never were. It’s a spiritual thing and is not recognizable by physical means.

If you were meant to consciously know about these things while still in human form, you will.

Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.

I wish I could be more helpful but I learn it’s not in my hands to do so. It’s in His/Her.

Re: Does anyone else feel like they're not human?
I feel kind of strange talking about this, but, a lot of things being said here resonate with me. For the past year I have been working on learning from others people rather than making assumptions about them. Finally I made some friends and we spent New Years' together. I remember thinking, "what delightful human beings."

I feel that it is my responsibility to overcome shyness, isolation, and anxiety in order to be a kind and open person. I know a few people who are already like this. They seem to me advanced in some way and there is a lot of work I have to do to in order to achieve the vision of my "true self." Deep down I wish I had pursued a career path like nursing or healing, but I also realize that any group of people in any sphere of existence wants to be happier.

No matter how you slice it, there is nothing wrong with wanting to break away from the "ego" and treat others how you want to be treated, which is sort of what it amounts to I think.

Re: Does anyone else feel like they're not human?
The human race is a grand experiment.

Our mission is to co-create and evolve beyond 3rd density.

We all chose to come here!

We are all from somewhere else, be it from another planet, another dimension. Those who are awakening realise this and others who are still sleeping do not.

The 'veil' was put in place for each soul at birth and set to lift upon the realisation of who we really are.

We are spiritual beings with a very high consciousness who originated from the light.

We are very loved and many are watching us. The Universe is waiting for us to raise this planet into the higher dimensions and defy the darkness.

You all feel the way you feel because internally you know you are divine; your souls are yearning to return home.

Know this is not your home, it is not permanent and it will be over soon. For we are nearly done.. And we shall rise and realise we are all one! ;)

Love and Light to all!

As I see, organizers are waking up. But because you don't remember your pre-definition, doesn't mean you already haven't been there. Do your mission, the reason why you have been sent to Earth in the first place. That is all for now.

Yes, I feel the same way. You have to understand though, that I think a lot of people on here have issues, and that is why they act that way. It can be very annoying, but I try to be understanding. Anyways, I've always been different from the people around me. I don't literally think I'm not human, but I definitely don't fit in with most humans. Sometimes it's really upsetting, and sometimes it's not, and I just deal with it so I don't go crazy. I don't know what I'm doing here.

like in a crowd - eg supermarket - you don't feel like anyone else there ?

that's what I feel like

This.
Any crowd or gathering.
Another example is the 4 freshman orientations I've had to attend for my children.
I did not fit in at all and frankly, watching and listening, I didn't want to. I was perfectly content to sit back and watch. I couldn't wait to get out.

Re: Does anyone else feel like they're not human?
I enjoyed your post OP, I thought it was very brave of you to post it at Glp where negativity and aggression are oftentimes palpable in discussions here. I'm pleased you got such positive responses.

I've felt this all my life: that I am not from here. But I've been here a long, long time, too. I'm an old soul, and maybe more than that. I don't know why I am here, now, at this time, but I think it may be to observe what's happening now. And what's happening now sickens me.

I've been around so many times as a human being (thousands of times, I suspect) but I still haven't figured out how to be a human being. I have never found my niche, and I have never been able to really understand how human beings operate. The cruelty and ruthlessness, the total indifference to the experience of others, just staggers me. I see a lot of it on this board. I am blessed that most of the people I know personally are not at all like that.

Is there anyone else out there in GLP land who can relate to this? Anyone who can cast some light on where I come from and what I am supposed to be doing, here and now? I feel as though I've forgotten something really important.

There was a spiritual philosophy I learned years ago that has stuck with me and changed my life for the better.

I was taught that it's because 'old' souls have been around a lot longer than some of the newer ones, and imprinted in their core is a memory of a time when there was harmony and peace in the relationships, interactions and systems of this planet. They find it hard to adjust to the ways of the current systems, adulterated religions and social & cultural standards because they do not fit with the core spiritual experiences from their halcyon days, life as it is now is alien to them!

I was presented with the concept that time is cyclic as opposed to linear - Although challenging at first, I found this concept began to fit well with me. I learned to view this time period we are living in now as a minute to midnight in the current cycle of time (i'm not a Mayan prophecy follower) where the very worst and the very best meets in a confluence of time. I try to view the world as a drama and accept these are the final scenes, all actors present for the final bow. The actors are playing their parts and events are unfolding exactly as they should. Man's actions and the results of those are manifesting as the current chaos. The time of settling for all souls is here. I was also taught that the exponential rise in science and technology in the last hundred years or so has a purpose too, not just in destroying but in transformation, creating/re-creating our future.

I try not to get myself too bogged down in all the craziness of prophecies and claims of ET's, second comings, planet x etc (not saying they don't exist or there aren't explanations/smokescreens). My belief is that this is the ultimate war of good against evil - evil being the long time collective forgetfullness of our true form and total identification with the body, our collective hatred, ego, greed, lust and attachment for and to the material. Good, being soul consciousness, awareness of our original eternal qualities of peace, love and purity and awareness of a Supreme soul, one beyond the cycle of karmic binds who can help restore our memory of who we really are and recharge our depleted energy.

I was taught that we are not some kind of blended cosmic soup and that omnipresence is the greatest fallacy of all -we are separate and unique souls every one of us - the Supreme soul too. In meditation, I practice soul awareness and connecting to source, I often find myself bathing in a kind of golden red light, it is indescribably peaceful and afterwards I feel energised. I also practice seeing others as souls (especially amnesiacs!) and try to hold this awareness as I go about my current life. Of course I forget regularly too and get wrapped up in my own dramas and those of others, but I keep coming back to truth again. Imo practice of soul consciousness/awareness and connection to source are essential when facing these difficult scenes that are starting to unfold. It also enables an individual to be of good support to others as well as settle negative karma and pre-determine his/her fate for the newly emerging cycle. It decreases fear of death too.

I am an eternal soul, living in a body of matter. I am the driver, the body is my vehicle, not the other way around. I used to believe I was this body with all it's current identities and entertain the idea that I may have a soul. Now I know I am a soul and I live in a body, I am to become a master of matter not a slave to it.

Some of us are older and have been around much longer but as well as older souls taking rebirth, the rapid population explosion is due to a large influx of newer souls who have come to play their parts in the final scenes. This is why they cannot awake - this is their time to shine right now in the world as it is now, that is why they enjoy it so much.

As I said, I was taught this and over the years through self-practice it has become my own truth, your post prompted me to share my experiences here. It does not mean it will be for everyone, each unique soul has his own reality and truth to find just as each religion has it's own branch on the universal tree. There are a few though who have connection with the seed, grow with the roots and the trunk and are present through all the emerging branches right through to the fragmented ends of sticks and twigs before the tree decays and dies, Of course before that happens it leaves a seed for the next tree!

Maybe you are one of these 'old' pioneer souls OP or I don't think you could have written a post like yours.

Nice to know we're many. hf

Some of you might want to read this thread too:
BLUE RAY BEINGS: It is time to shine!!!
Thread: BLUE RAY BEINGS: It is time to shine!!!

The Blue Ray Mission:
Infiltrate the system in a normal capacity, always remembering who you are and where you came from, planting the seeds of peace, love, light and higher awareness. No matter how painful, long or arduous the job was, it was your mission and you had the spiritual tools, insight and divine light to see it through.
 Quoting: Norwegian Lady 1209315

I checked your link but it isn't for me. I even have a problem with others taking up with denying the one true God His glory... we aren't of imperfect DNA as the "Blue Ray beings" contend and although the mission and empathy and service to others on the surface sounds great the truth is it is hollow in its artificiality.

You see, the truth is that we are all as we were meant to be, nothing missing except that divine spark that illuminates the soul and while powers are available (which is why many of the light followers feel it is right) denying God His role is like drinking from the well and not seeing the water that feeds it.

Many archaic mystics had rituals to achieve the supernatural but they all felt they got their divinity from things... potions, incantations (similar to your meditation prayer beneath the surface) even sacrifices but ritualistic modalities is the wrong path to follow and will lead to rejection.

I can say this because where I am you are trying to be and you go to extreme lengths to get there whereas the correct path is within with God and not within with self. You found a path to enlightenment but it is dim by comparison to the omnipotent and supernatural force of God our creator. You claim it is in the name of Jesus yet I have my doubts and my first impression was discomfort at the path you follow.

If you truly seek to be enlightened beings the fast track is Prayer to God not meditation to self. Meditation is good but the motive is inner peace whereas Prayer to God leads to unity with God.

Pagans had powers that they imbued upon "things" and the power was there but they didn't see that the power originated from themselves and not emanating from the object. The object was the focal point and similarly true Faith has a focal point of God first not self. Self awareness becomes a natural extension of self but in order to be oneself on the Lord's spirit you can't cut God out of the picture.

Once you find God you will know no others trust me... the overwhelming Love you will feel will last forever.

I suppose I was led here to pass this message along to you because I know by your "mission" you have good hearts that are reaching out to make this a better world, but like the bible said, in Jeremiah 17:9 The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked; who can know it?

The answer is God and when you reach that epiphany that leaves you feeling like you have been touched by the hand of God you will know it.

I was Blessed to the fast track I suppose in that I said a simple humble Prayer in my hour of need and it was answered immediately that left me KNOWING that God is within, within us all, always. All He asks of us is to open our hearts to Him and ask. My Prayer was for calm, a silent Prayer, I was alone... easiest Prayer to answer I suppose but it was a supernatural result that I will relate again for your understanding.

At first I thought I was stroking... it felt like the pressure when you go deep and it started at the top of my head and went slowly down... so slowly that by the time it was at my knees I knew it was supernatural and I was filled with all the love, forgiveness, understanding, but also, a clarity of thought. I was me on the Lord's spirit and that's the best high you could imagine... its the one you don't come down from.

That epiphany is something everyone should have and we would have no more wars or divisions of mind but the world is full of people ambitious to play a role rather than become themselves on the Lord's spirit. I Pray you come to the light at its source, and not its reflection.

May God answer your Prayer

You like us all have been blessed to be counted in the generation to be witness to the fulfillment of God's word. It is the time all have been anxiously awaiting and to some long overdue... but it is also the time of deepest sadness in the losses we will feel when so many get sealed to their fates.

I often dwelt on this in anguish... so many good people I know who think they deserve the exhalation of being in the book of life but I know it isn't as easy as being likable.

I also realized that there are degrees of heaven... not all will be in the throne-room, with many left at the gate.

There is an after-life and perhaps my relating that chilling story is best for another thread but the dream-world crosses not only the plane of existence but time as well. I think I'll type it out and post it in a new thread as it really did give me the chills and everyone who heard it

Good point, that's true, spirit cannot be confined or defined by those classifications and no doubt spiritually minded folk can be found within all the types.

ISTJ - The Duty Fulfillers
ESTJ - The Guardians
ISFJ - The Nurturers
ESFJ - The Caregivers
ISTP - The Mechanics
ESTP - The Doers
ESFP - The Performers
ISFP - The Artists
ENTJ - The Executives
INTJ - The Scientists
ENTP - The Visionaries
INTP - The Thinkers
ENFJ - The Givers
INFJ - The Protectors
ENFP - The Inspirers
INFP - The Idealists

The reason I mention INFP's as being particularly drawn is because it is not uncommon for them to be HSP's (highly sensitive people) who have experienced significant loss or trauma during their formative years which sets the landscape for this introverted/intuitive/feeling personality to manifest itself from an early age.

Similar responses are seen in all of the types when faced with loss/trauma or anything that causes them to be more life questioning or inward looking. INFP's commonly lacked the support systems that would have assisted them in 're-connecting' with the external world and found it safer to live with their own internal visions.

I agree, narcissism is a 'souless' disease that is eating away at humanity on a global scale. I doubt there are many who have not been touched by it and too many of the goodhearted are 'disabled' because they have been abused and downtrodden by narcissistic types.

There have been several comments similar to this made on this thread, I am sure they are well intended, but I think for OP and others here it goes way beyond dissatisfaction in jobs, relationships and life pursuits. I am sure many of those here are well accomplished and surrounded by folk they love. Highly empathic people literally feel negativity and pain around them, that makes the present world a hostile place.

My interpretation would be that it is more like a spiritual anorexia, where the soul is literally starving for truth and positive energy as well as to find a way to help alleviate suffering in the world. Narcissism as one poster described this had me laughing out loud - an empath's way of feeling and being could not be further away from narcissism. Imo these are the compassionate and kind folk who often get used, abused and downtrodden by narcissistic predators.
