Since we are all made from the same stuff that goes to make up the universe we are all part of Space-Time.
Cheers.

So existence, from what it seems, takes place in both realms.

What's fascinating is that space means distance, and distance means time.

Without space, there is no distance, there is theoretically, no time?

But without time, there is no distance, with no distance, there is no space available.

Something is going on here...

So, like, it's all one thing?

Are you saying it's all one thing? One thing with interrelating parts that make the whole?

THIS IS NONSENSE!

We exist in both, but every person perceives themselves as the center of the universe, there is the " I " and there is everything else. time is how we measure the distance between the " I " and everything else.

Re: Do we exist in time observing space, or exist in space observing time?
How can time change to the observer?

How can time be manipulated by the observer, or person?

For example in high-stress situation, your perception of time slows...time literally "slows" to the observer. Time really changes.

However, in low-stress situation, your perception of time paces up, and "time flies by".

How does this work?

Funny, I was thinking about that today.

There are times when you are poised on the edge of catastrophy, mentally, where indeed the mind does slow time perceptually, it is a mechanism that allows for rapid thinking, in the case of most, all we can muster is " oh shit "

I was thinking about the dogshit example, i hate to get crude, but it really applies.

Yoyu are walking, and you look down, and just for a split second, time slows down, and you see yourself getting ready to step in a pile somebody left on the sidewalk.

You know you are about to do it, you are thinking about it, and you know it's inevitable, but you still try to twist your foot, or do the quick hop maneuver, but alas, it is too late.

So yes I think time perceptually to an individual slows down when things happen suddenly.

Both. Einstein's greatest achievement was in showing us that time and space are one. We exist, simultaneously, in both. And what affects one affects the other. hence why the terms "space" and "time" were conjoined into "spacetime."

I don't really see it quite like that.

Take for example, somebody working in a busy environment, where mentally, they have to multitask at a rapid pace.

Time literally flies by, because they are busy mentally staying on track. The perceived speed of time to an individual has to do with the frequency of incoming sensory input.

Re: Do we exist in time observing space, or exist in space observing time?
Immediately after the string of infinitesimal duration instances we recognize as "the present", happening at Planck frequency, where infinite 3D space (Static) is collapsing BACK INTO the default state of absolute kinetic as the infinite time current of all the past.

We exist in the narrow bandwidth where BOTH space and time exists. On one side of our reality is infinite space that is the present, caused by infinite kinetic time as all the future impacting the infinite impedance. On the other side is infinite kinetic time current as all the past, once it has completed converting back from acting as space, and now is time.

Our brains require not only BOTH space and time to exist, but only finite contents within spacetime can be processed.

Time is space that is absolute kinetic in characteristic.
Space is time that is absolute static in characteristic.

They are the same "material" one is current (time), and one is voltage (space).

It is the infinite impedance causing the transition that interests me. All caused by the ONE infinitesimal singularity placed into infinite kinetics, and the flight path of where that ONE singularity IS NOT, generates the infinite impedance and the dimension of width. Where the singularity IS, generates the infinite expanse and the dimension of height. The singularity itself is the dimension of depth.

Time generates and upholds the existance of space.
Space generates and upholds the existance of time.

Exactly, mate that^^^ with Feynman's postulates :

" The Feynman formulation of Quantum Mechanics builds three central ideas from the de Broglie hypothesis into the computation of quantum amplitudes: the probabilistic aspect of nature, superposition, and the classical limit. This is done by making the following three three postulates:

Events in nature are probabilistic with predictable probabilities P.

The probability P for an event to occur is given by the square of the complex magnitude of a quantum amplitude for the event, Q. The quantum amplitude Q associated with an event is the sum of the amplitudes associated with every history leading to the event.

The quantum amplitude associated with a given history is the product of the amplitudes associated with each fundamental process in the history. "

...and we get an insight to how the mind sees itself passing through time in a 3 dimensional space.

Re: Do we exist in time observing space, or exist in space observing time?
we live in space phisicaly, but time mentaly, say you goto sleep one night and wake up not the folowing morning but the next one, you wake up thinking its been only eight hours, but its really been 36 (your mind registers eight hours of time gone by and hence, mentaly advance one night, but your body hass advanced thru time much more). time is change, if you took a picture of a wall and then agian in 100 years and showed them to sum1, they would not know if any time passed between the 2 at all.
