I completly forgot and left it in garage. I hope it isnt ruined. Any advice I cleaned and checked everything....

This might seem absurd, but, could you explain to me how a steam cleaner works?

Then I might be able to diagnose the problem.

Check the water tank has been filled, ensure the fuse has been replaced (it may have blown out due to running time), and ensure the motor that powers the fan hasn't burnt out.

The motor and fuse are the weak spots.
