My question is, does anyone know or have an idea how we can train ourselves to remove ourselves from time, or time from our perception, at any given moment just as Cayce suggests we try to do?



Sai Baba said there are two ways to enlightenment. One through prayer and worship and the other through critical thinking. I wish i had a master to teach me how to meditate but i know i am not ready. I've always been one to use my critical thinking so if you suggest that one "just meditate", i will ask that you clarify. I will meditate by thinking, but i ask that you suggest a starting point for me!
