In fact Britain has never defeated Germany, in WW I the British were on its knees in 1916...it was just the tiny little thing that Germany had to fight half of the world. Tough job with limited ressources.


Sore loser. Germany was defeated twice, try it again and it won't be 3rd time lucky. The British Empire took on way more than the Germans ever did that's why Hitler was such a fan. But he fucked things up by adding psychopathic tendencies to his tactics. Evil never wins. He wanted to emulate Britain but and even wanted to collaborate with Britain - but as the Brits had more sense and didn't want to he tried his luck to defeat Britain and failed catastrophically. End results of both Wars Germany 0 Britain 1.


Yes defeated ONLY with the help of the US and Russia. Hitler was even so kind and let the Britsh expeditionary army retreat at Dunkirch (300.000 soldiers). But he underestimated the lunacy of that liar Churchill. As one famous historian stated, one day the British will recognise what a badass Churchill was for his country.

End results: Russia, US and England + a lot of smaller countries 1 Germany + Italy + some smaller countries 0.

Also the bulk of burden was on the Russians in WWII. Kill/death ratio was 1:8


I believe that the Russians counterattack was comprised of the last hope of the Russian people to save Russia from Nazi Germany if they did not stop the German attack nothing would have of. But the Russians who defeated them were among some of the best fighters in the war and were comprised of tough and battle tested men from Siberia.
