And I can't claim to really understand the finer points of "converting innovation into non-tangible assets", was it? or "make way for the proper legislation", but anyway, funny how the not-so-big, happy family of top players always show up...along with the same old symbolism. So, one wonders, how are the Khazakstanis themselves faring, now that they have their long awaited and much longed for de-mock-racy? And yes, one might easily think that Astana is being prepared to be a key city in the future. |
