Because they are incredibly stupid. Notice that none of the men marrying them are exactly young and broke.
Because foreign women will do anything with anyone for a green card and citizenship and a credit card. Of course, once they have the citizenship, they take all the money and run so they can trade up to someone with an even bigger bank account.
They also pop out a kid as fast as they can so they can get the child support money for 18 years as well.
