re.

So to recap OP - why are you certain of the 2012 date? The galatic alignment...i'm going to look into more as i know an astrologer was yelling about the alignment being off on 2012 and more aligned in 2010 (21dec-lunar eclipse).

Yes, I am.
And it is important to realize how human psychology works. By making a fictional movie out of that is going to transpire, they can ridicule those who know by claiming they are parroting what they saw on a movie as fact. The truth be known, that script to that movie was written based on my own work.

Are you Patrick Geryl, OP?
 Quoting: tandym

I wondered the same thing. but then partrick geryl talked about sun spots only I thought, and he believed in a universe that was expanding. according to this original OP, he says Einstein is full of shit. which I agree with.

I personally believe that the death of one universe (or galaxy, maybe, is closer to what I mean) is the birth of another. A black hole gobbles up matter and light -- as it sucks it all in, that matter and light has to go somewhere else... it gets 'blown out' the backside in another new 'world'. I think this happens constantly, all over the place.

AS for PAtrick Geryl, there was a Project Camelot interview with him that took place back in the mid 2000's.... 2006 maybe? That they didn't put up until at least a year later because his info was so 'alarming'. Anyways, Geryl talks about how the 2012 movie was based on his book.

I don't know enough about the rest of his theories to speculate any further than that.

yeah his saying that the info he came up with was then taken for the movie 2012 is what made me also think this was him. but then the original OP kept saying that his ideas were stolen, maybe geryl stole them too. but then again the OP here and Geryl seemed bent on claiming to be the originators of their ideas, I mean they both keep repeating the same lines, they they were the first to make the predictions. so I could go both ways here. just glad someone else made the connection, and not just me.

On December 21, 2012 the Earth, the Sun and the galactic center will all align in three dimensions for the first time in human history as the solar system traverses the galactic plane on the winter solstice.
 Quoting: Anonymous Coward 1234484

Surely, it's happened before...

...I have no idea why I'm even arguing with this point. I totally believe an alignment will happen. Now what?

Do we have to believe that the Sun is POWERED by the galactic centre and this will be 'quite a fast ride' into Valhalla for all of us who survive that long to witness it? Will it be SPECTACULAR, in our skies?

You know, before we're roasted on (or rotated off) this planet?

:)

Yay, real doom.

Patrick's first book on astronomy, "A new Space-Time Dimension", published in 1979, bravely launched an attack on Einstein's world famous relativity theory. As part of his calculations, Patrick also predicted several spectacular and controversial theories connected to the structure of the universe including; galaxies in the infrared spectrum and the accelerated expansion of the Universe.

I've read every post in this thread. The game that gets played is really obvious.

There was only one shill working the thread for the first twelve pages. He wasn't very good and had littleimpact on a fast moving and iteresting topic.

He finally called in a more experienced team and dropped out. The new group of shills destroyed the thread using various tactics over the next seven pages. On the positive side now I know the OP is essentially correct.

OP in the Patrik Geryl interview they mention something about a well known scientist working for some agency contacting them with a warning very similar to what you have described in this thread.

Now, they never say his name in order to protect his identity so my question is, was that scientist you??

again, the hijackers arr just having fun.

the actual OP, IDW whose handle has been obscenely filtered, has been gone since page 29.

enjoy life.

the last post by the real, actual, old-schoolers-know-him IDW, was this acknowledgement of apparently recently-made-available resources of data regarding solar radiation reaching earth, all the way back on p.29, the user signing in as (OP) is having a laff.
this is the last actual post by IDW, the OP, whose username gets changed to something typical of what's on the minds of the navy queens who are tasked with the impossible, overstanding integrity
...

It,s not incorrect, but neutrons are a small slice of the total solar emissions. Neutrons are monitored because they are unaffected by the magnetosphere. This information is useless as an indicator of the failure of the magnetosphere.

...

I must admit that you appear to have found resources that just recently have been made available that do appear to present real time data of solar radiation in the form of electrons reaching the surface. I not only applaud your efforts, but your accomplishment. What search parameters did you use, and what search engine, if you don't mind my asking? I will spend the next ten hours reviewing the archives and trying to find a correlation between the readings and the animal deaths. Based on what i already know, i am thoroughly convinced a connection can be made.

read title..from page one..

Solar Radiation Leaking through a Failing Magnetosphere Likely Cause of Plant Blights and Animal Mass Deaths

then the OP goes onto say..

'Before you ask, no, I don't have a link to a scientist or a newspaper that is reporting this, nor am I likely to ever be able to produce such a link.
I don't think we will ever be told what is happening, because to be frank, if people knew the truth a state of lawlessness would most likely be the result.'

............
a quick search on the net FOR LINKS.
SEARCH WORDS .. 'Clearfield variety ORCF-102'
the type of wheat planted and mentioned
at the link the OP provided

first link that shows up is a pdf
read it..it explains that the wheat sown
was a new variety
and supposed to be less prone to blight or whatever
it is called.

The new experimental breed of wheat was a fricken failure ..
that is it in a nutshell.

As for 12.21.2012.. I could join the death
cult of two thousand n twelvers
but it somehow just doesnt appeal to me.

The magnetosphere simply cannot fail, it's plasma contained by our magnetic field, invisible to our eyes and separates what I like to think of space where the solar wind is and our upper atmosphere. The field is not failing, it's simply being over saturated and battered by more high energy particles like interstellar cosmic rays. An increase in cosmic rays and a decrease in the sun's ability to shield the solar system from them and allows more particle to reach us. There's plenty of information which shows such an increase of these cosmic rays.

I've put more of the interesting information in a thread here in regards to this matter. Thread: Climate change, unexpected and strange behaviour of the sun and blue electric clouds. What does it all mean?

If you don't understand basic science, have you done the work required to deserve not to be misled in this new era? Do humans have a fundamental right not to be willfully misled?

Probably not... :(

This thread has raised some concerns, none of them about the magnetosphere. hmm

One must be careful to differentiate between science fact and science fiction, and in your case you seem gleefully unaware that the textbooks you studied in academia and Steven King have a lot more in common than you're willing to admit. Science is just an attempt to explain things, it never comes close to accomplishing that task. the only real science can be proved and observed repeatedly by duplication , and a consensus reached.

All over the world we are observing the symptoms of a radical increase in solar radiation reaching the Earth's surface and REAL science that explains the why and the how has been explained succinctly , accurately and informatively by the OP.
