psilocybin cubensis is not. It is an allergic reaction, so in a way it is toxic a little.

They arent good for you.
You also need to know that most of the time when someone gets caught with them, the authorities bring up Federal Charges instead of State charges. Which will usually make the sentences much more harsh. with no parole.
A guy (Idiot) I knew got caught with two dried mushrooms. They got him with a federal charge. 15 years in a federal pen, no parole. He has to serve every day of that.

It doesnt matter that mushrooms grow all over the world. Doesnt matter if you use that stupid "stoner argument" that they are natural....Cyanide is natural too...try taking that sometime. I was just telling you what the law says. Whether you agree with the law or not, the law is there. And if you CHOOSE to break the law over some silly little high, then you are also choosing to accept the consiquinces of breaking the law. Think about it seriously, son. Is 15 years of your life in a federal pen worth that high?

They aren't bad for you if used responsibly. The unconstitutional, illegal federal government never had any legitimate authority to ban such substances, and it's every citizen's duty to disobey bad laws.
