Absolutely no soda, no candy. 3. No sugar in coffee 4. Jogged 3 times a week for 30 minutes. 5. Stopped drinking beer. Thats it. And I ate whatever I wanted. Steaks, grill cheese, pizza, just no fast food. |

I wish we could get the word out to everyone. shoot like you know most koreans aren't fat, and they eat lots of meat and don't care to cut the fat off. in fact the only fat kids (and they're usually young kids) in korea are the ones hanging around the fast food joints. almost every food they put HFCS in, in fast food. and like the guy says in the video...what's the definition of fast food? fiberless food. no fiber coupled with sugar is just not a winning formula for the body. |

My coffee...with extra sugar in it is the only desert i really have. Keep your cakes, donuts, pastries...etc.....just gimmie a cup of coffee after dinner sometimes....2 tsp sugar.
